We care! is an initiative by CTI wherein the employees are encouraged to regularly participate in social activities as we believe in an equal society and aspire for bringing about whatever little difference we can to bring about the equality.

CTI employees actively participate in the welfare of the local community. Our offices in New Delhi and Mumbai make a difference through several Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Our employees organize and contribute to welfare programs, especially for underprivileged children. We support the activities of institutes and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) dedicated to healthcare and education, and campaigns for skills development and community welfare.

In one of our most recent initiatives, we volunteered to be part of a summer camp organized for special children from orphanages. The camp was organized by "The Family India" on the outskirts of Gurgaon. CTI Team visited the summer camp and contributed to making it a Grand Success. During the 4 days the Children learnt innovative and creative arts and crafts such as tile painting, making simple greeting cards, decorating caps, stone Art and many other interesting creative activities.

We continue to grow this initiative and are hopeful to motivate many more to share their success with the society.
