To maintain our high level of client support into the future, we pursue an active training policy, encouraging trainees and junior brokers to develop their skills and knowledge alongside their senior colleagues. As well as this, CTI realises the importance of experience and welcomes applications from established brokers as well as junior trainees. These principles are the result of many years of successful broking.
